Refund policy

Each piece is made by hand.  Please be aware that you may see slight imperfections from a tool mark or solder line.  This is what gives each piece its own one-of-a kind handmade look.

All purchases and gift cards are final sale. 

Please be confident in your ring size before purchasing, as refunds will not be given due to incorrect size. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 3 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
